Living Our Values: The Divisional values (Respect, Accountability, Excellence, Care, Innovation, Inclusion, Collaboration) have been added to all job postings, are thoroughly discussed in interviews and are incorporated into our professional training to guide all aspects of our work.
Employee Engagement Survey: We conducted employee focus groups and pursued dedicated action planning to obtain pertinent feedback as to how better to engage our community.
Personal & Professional Development: All Divisional managers of people participated in a series of workshops on Leadership, Coaching & Performance Management. We also rolled out a Division-wide objective-setting and performance management process to bolster clarity, communications and feedback. Employee sessions on setting objectives to further the strategies and guiding values of the Division were delivered to more than 120 staff.
